In order for us to continue providing our clients with the exceptionally high standards of service and best value for money, it is essential that we all share a common philosophy in the way we approach and perform our individual and collective duties and responsibilities.
Primarily, we would ask all of our workers for honesty, loyalty and commitment to hard work with a professional approach. Each of us have an important and valuable contributory role and we are all reliant upon one another to promote a harmonious and efficient working environment. We are committed to maximising and developing the potential of all our staff, whilst maintaining lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships.
As a consequence of valuing our staff, we have a very loyal and professional team, which facilitates reliability and low staff turnover. Nursefinders is proud to have, without exception, all its staff members DBS checked and professionally trained, with confirmed hands on experience so they can hit the ground running.
We offer a variety of working environments including hospices and hospitals, supported living assistance, charities, care in the community, nursing homes and residential settings.

At Nursefinders we highly value our excellent staff and ensure their professional training is comprehensive and up to date. We also strongly encourage the further development of their skills. All staff members are required to complete our mandatory training yearly which includes, but is not limited to:
